This will be most interesting to musicians who have played this tune. Julie, the vocalist , a fine singer and good friend was sitting at our table pulling tunes for her next set. She said that she was going to sing Moonlight In Vermont. I asked if she didn’t mean Autumn In New York. Its a running joke about getting these tunes mixed up. The first 4 bars are very close both melodically and harmonically. We all had a good laugh. She gets up and opens with that tune, and here is how it turned out. It was great fun for all of us.
